Do not be fooled by the online pictures. I paid $700 a night for what I thought would be a premium experience, but this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had. The property is in a state of total disrepair and the "solutions" offered by staff were a joke.
Room 1: Disgusting and Broken
The first room was unacceptable. The furniture was broken, there were holes in the carpet, and the cleanliness was non-existent—I even found hair in the bathtub. To make matters worse, both the sink and the tub were completely clogged and would not drain.
Room 2: No Better
After complaining, I was moved to a second room, which was just as bad. This room had a clogged tub and a broken (clogged) safe. It is clear that the maintenance issues are not isolated; they are systemic across the entire hotel.
Poor Property Maintenance & Insulting Service
The common areas are no better. The pool deck chairs were so badly stained they were unusable. When I brought these massive failures to the staff's attention, the only thing they offered was to remove a $50 resort fee. On a $700-a-night bill, that is an insult.
The Verdict:
You will be deeply disappointed if you stay here. They are charging five-star prices for a one-star experience. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values hygiene and guest satisfaction.
