The check in process is so slow. The line to check in was long and they do nothing ahead of time to speed things up. Check in is at 4:00. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. We asked for late check out to extend us the same courtesy but they said no, the card says check out is at 12 but they say check out is 11 or we will be charged a 1/2 day. The line to check in for breakfast is also EXTREMELY slow. Again, there were tables available but they need to check in on an iPad then look at a print out. We had breakfast included and I understand that they need to verify that but it was just slow for no reason. The music outside our pool over looking the pools was INSANELY LOUD. It sounded like a disco tech at 10:00 in the morning- WE ARE ON VACATION TO REST. It was over the top loud. Housekeeping turned our room over around dinner time and one night I put the sign on the please service our room and someone from house keeping turned it to “do not disturb”. I called the front desk but it was ALWAYS a busy signal no matter what time of day, the beach and pool service was amazing and the beach guys were so great and helpful getting our umbrellas and loungers. The beach is very small and the loungers are so close you can touch the person next to you. The front desk is unhelpful for anything. The customer service is extremely poor. They want to check you in late and expect you to leave early and basically don’t ask them anything. The casino was so fun.
