«Casa Sam is a dream! The Villa is situated over three levels with spectacular views of the town of Positano and the beach. The rooms are beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped for making meals when you want a break from eating out. Adolfo was our private concierge and arranged for everything from reservations for dinners/lunches to winetasting to a private boat ride along the coast. «The property was nice and clean, it had the essentials, it lacks a microwave that for me it's very important. Check out time is 10am which I find it too early. I think 11-12 should be ideal, it mention view from your bedroom. Not accurate . Theres no balcony, it's a share terrace, we were there by ourselves, but when the other units are occupied im assuming you have additional people using this common area. It dose have a pretty view.
