«We really enjoyed our stay at “ the palace” Wonderful location in old town. Fantastic room! Super clean, comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with clothes washer and dishwasher. If only the weather had been better we would have totally enjoyed the garden we could access right from the room. The included breakfast was in a cosy little room with a family like atmosphere. Highly recommend.»

«Flott og fresh leilighet som ligger sentralt i Porto (gåavstand til de viktigste severdighetene i tillegg til shopping). Alt var strukturert og ordentlig. Ble oppringt fra hotellet dagen før ankomst og fikk da informasjon om hvordan vi kunne komme oss til hotellet. Fikk tilbud om å bli hentet av en taxi, noe vi takket ja til. Kostet 25 eur for ca 25 minutters taxitur. Ble da kjørt helt til døren. Bestilte også samme sjåfør tilbake, dette fungerte veldig greit. Fikk godt forklart om leiligheten ...

«Because our originally booked room was under renovation, the hotel moved us to two rooms on the same floor. There were five of us, so this actually gave us much more space and was very comfortable for our stay. The rooms were very clean and new, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Each room was also gifted a small bottle of Porto wine, which was a lovely touch. After we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!»

«Det var et flott personal som jobbet der. Beliggenheten var perfekt , vi var midt i sentrum og det var veldig enkelt og fort å komme seg til steder. Det eneste vi var misfornøyde med var rensligheten og hygienen der. Det var støvete og ikke like rent som vi hadde håpet på.»
