If you appreciate calm and quiet in the middle of the city, this is the perfect apartment for your stay in the city of Porto.

Located in Praça do Marquês, in the upper part of the city, this apartment is part of a typical building, completely renovated. Common areas include an interior courtyard, wide corridors, high ceilings and an elevator. The mezzanine apartment has modern decor, comfortable furniture, free wi-fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV cabinet, tall double-glazed windows, blackout curtains, and a balcony overlooking Praça do Marquês. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, among other amenities. There is a closet at the entrance to the apartment with storage space and a washing machine. On the lower floor you can also count on a private bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet and blanket, a table to work on and a complete private bathroom with shower.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.

All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.
Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in.

After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- Loss of key;

- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
