A small terrace, accessible from both the bedroom and living room, is equipped with a table and chairs, providing a quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the house is equipped with a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed dressed in luxurious, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The ensuite bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and refreshing experience.

The property lies in the charming neighborhood of Foz do Douro, where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. This area is celebrated for its scenic beauty, historic landmarks, and vibrant local culture. Within walking distance, you can find Jardim do Passeio Alegre, a stunning garden just 120 meters away. It offers a peaceful retreat with its lush walking paths, fountains, and diverse plant life, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and strolls.

The Serralves Foundation, one of Porto's largest contemporary art centers, is ideal for those who appreciate art, with beautiful gardens and impressive architecture.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, minigolf in the Passeio Alegre garden is a great option for fun in a peaceful environment. Foz do Douro, known for its charming streets and proximity to the sea is perfect for exploring. Praia da Luz, a popular terrace and restaurant in the region, offers delicious fresh fish and quality dishes, all in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the ocean.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Passeio Alegre, is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
