The apartment has an open and cosy living room where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. It has multiple windows so guests can enjoy the sunlight and the outside view. It also includes a sofa bed for one person.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Welcome to Cedofeita, an exciting neighbourhood in the heart of Porto! Explore the many attractions, including the iconic Livraria Lello and Clérigos Tower. Enjoy the tranquillity of the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, the historic Porto Cathedral, and the stunning Mercado Bom Sucesso. Music lovers will love the Casa da Música, which is only a 4-minute walk away. For a truly spiritual experience, visit the Chapel of Souls and the nearby Clerigos Church and Tower.

The neighbourhood has something for everyone! Enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants and bars, including Capa Negra II, bbgourmet Porto, and Hotel da Música. Grab a coffee from Café Guarany. Or take the metro from the nearby Aliados station, 7 minutes away. There is something for everyone in Cedofeita!

There is a beautiful wine bar right downstairs called, Gito. The owner, Bruno, is hot and knowledgeable about the wines — feel welcome to pop downstairs for a glass in the evening.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aliados (line D), is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
