This lovely 30m2 studio in Porto is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The property is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs.

Thoughtfully designed, the studio features an open living area with a comfortable double bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There’s also a sofa and a wide-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows.

A highlight of the studio is the sunroom, a bright and inviting space with a desk and seating area, making it ideal for working remotely or enjoying a quiet moment with a book.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely space to enjoy meals with loved ones. For added convenience, the property includes ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the Bonfim neighbourhood, the property is set in one of Porto’s most historic and culturally rich areas. This avenue offers a blend of traditional charm and urban convenience, making it a great place to explore.

Just a short walk away is Jardim de São Lázaro, the oldest public garden in Porto, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a peaceful break in the city. Nearby, the Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto adds a creative and artistic vibe to the area, attracting students and art lovers. Another notable landmark is the Igreja de São Lázaro, a historic church that reflects the city's deep-rooted cultural heritage.

The neighbourhood is also known for its excellent dining options. Terraplana Café is a popular spot offering a great selection of Portuguese craft beers in a cozy setting. Just around the corner, Casa Guedes is a must-visit for its famous pernil (pork leg) sandwiches, a staple of Porto’s culinary scene.

Thanks to the well-connected public transport network, getting around is easy. Several bus stops are within walking distance, including Duque Terceira, just a minute away. The Bolhão metro station is a seven-minute walk, providing quick access to other parts of the city, while São Bento train station, just eight minutes away, offers regional and national rail connections.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Heroísmo, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
