Practical and conveniently studio with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! 5 minutes walking distance to S. Bento metro station.
Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

Please be aware that despite having an elevator, the apartment has a steep flight of stairs before it.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Rua Das Flores is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous streets. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)
