This delightful 50² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Although it is located on the basement level, it is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a cosy double couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a little terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lined with historic buildings and authentic local businesses, it offers a window into the city's daily rhythm. You’ll find neighbourhood cafés, artisan bakeries, and old-world charm at every turn, all wrapped in the laid-back spirit that defines Porto’s personality.

Its central location makes it easy to explore both the classic and contemporary sides of the city. From here, guests can reach the riverfront, cultural spots, and lively streets filled with shops and galleries, all within a pleasant walking distance. Whether you're strolling through shaded alleys or discovering local flavours, this part of Porto provides a truly grounded and memorable experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Lapa, is just a 12-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
