This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop and a microwave, and the living room area features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment and the city views.

The apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ribeira's narrow, cobbled streets are dotted with small bars and eateries serving classic Portuguese fare like grilled sardines. Colourful 18th-century houses surround Ribeira Square, and here, you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of Vila Nova de Gaia, stroll along the riverside, and even take a boat ride over the bridges.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tube station, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
