Welcome to my home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no lift.

This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also features multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your own home.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. Please note that microwaves and ovens are not available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom features all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: Bolhão (2 min).

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
