For your convenience, hangers are provided to keep your attire neatly arranged, along with a comfortable sofa and a TV offering streaming options for entertainment after a day of exploration.

The two single beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Rest assured, professionals meticulously clean the room to ensure comfort throughout your stay.

Important Note: The house has a CCTV in the common areas.

Important note: There is a common" kitchen" shared by all guests that should not be used to cook but can be used to prepare fast meals ( microwave ).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
