No one here knows any English which is fine and makes sense as I am in mexico but to try and explain that they are false advertising a hotel by lying on the hotel post is incredibly hard. «As avid travelers, we can appreciate a great experience. This was hands down the best all-inclusive we have ever been to. Everything was spotless, the service was impeccable and the staff was super friendly: Omar, Miguel, Anturo, Joanna, Pedro, Carmen, Gabriella, to name a few. The restaurants and servers were all fantastic. Seriously didn’t have one bad meal nor one bad server. They are attentive and want to make great memories for you. Already planning to be back.»

«Absolutely wonderful place! Beautiful, relaxing, and everything smells so good! My only complaint is the pool is unheated! My 2.5 year old had purple lips within 10 minutes of playing in it in 80° weather. The pool largely remains empty, as it’s just too uncomfortable.»

«Great place for the 40+ crowd. The grounds were beautiful, the staff helpful, and the food at the ala cart restaurants was amazing. The included transportation to the resort was terrible in that they put us with a bus load of a private group that took an hour to process. The now obligatory timeshare upsell was a big turnoff.»

«They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!»

«Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!»

«We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride ...

«My wife and I travel as a hobby... and we travel in luxury. The Rosewood Mayakoba is the most luxurious experience we have had. The spa is perhaps the best on earth, the interior mangroves and boat rides to restaurants is such a cool experience. The rooms are literally on top of the water, private pools, AMAZING service... truly an experience that I hated to end!»

«If you’re looking for a quiet, mature and small resort to relax and unwind, this is your place. It’s a small intimate resort that has great food and service.
