Overall, I had a pleasant stay and left with a good impression of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The main downside was the room. It was much, much smaller than I expected and didn’t really match what I had imagined from the photos when I made the booking. I was expecting a little more space and comfort. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which was a significant inconvenience for me, and there were no slippers provided. Apart from that, everything was generally fine, and the friendly and helpful staff definitely made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience, but I would have appreciated a larger room and a few more basic amenities.
