It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours ...

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Dorado Hills by IHG
Great place, enjoyed it with the family. The elevator was broken but that’s the only downside we had.
