«Very nicely decorated and comfortable home worked great for three co-workers visiting the area for work with adequate privacy and a nice common area. Having a garage to park in was a big plus. The pre-stay contracts felt a bit over the top as compared to other rentals I have stayed in but certainly not a reason to stay somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again.»

«Clean home, perfect for quick getaways, and surprisingly large enough for big families! Hosts very responsive, no issues. Only wished they had more towels, pool towels, and games, though we did bring our own. Maybe "Townhome" should be mentioned in description. 2-car covered was a major plus! Would rent again!»

«I come to Phoenix about every 5 weeks. This is my second time renting this property and it will always be high on my list to return. Lance is one of the best property managers I've dealt with. He answers questions quickly, and in a friendly manner, we never felt like we were bothering him. This home is VERY well maintained, upscale amenities/appliances, with good beds and bedding. The master bedroom and bath are to die for!!! The open floor plan is great for family get togethers with a large ...
