«This unit could not be better located. It is centrally located to walk everywhere (restaurants, shopping, parks,....) in the Miraflores area. We always felt safe.It is well stocked with household supplies. The lack of a/c was never an issue except to help reduce city noise & grime.We could not have had a better host and building manager to help us with day to day questions. Very responsive!»

«I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all ...

«On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!»

«My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. «This location is awesome for the price.The penthouse is an experience, a spacious studio in a safe area with a private elevator. It’s close enough to Uber everywhere you need. When returning after dark, a security checkpoint stops cars to verify you belong. «The department is ok, clean and comfortable. The owner replied every time i needed something. They have 24 hrs security in person. The only downside is that you can't bring visitors or if they need to get inside of the apartment they have to leave their ID in the reception area. Parking outside is very restricted.
