«On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!»

«My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. «We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location: about 2–3 blocks from Larcomar in a very nice, walkable area (there is a convenience store one block away). It’s very spacious and the balcony is a great touch; we had an amazing time watching fireworks around the neighborhood on New Year’s Eve. «Every thing was fine however it didn’t have the essentials like in the kitchen and at shower where it advertised as having shampoo. Also the floor is sort of slippery. Overall it’s a nice place.»

«This location is awesome for the price.The penthouse is an experience, a spacious studio in a safe area with a private elevator. It’s close enough to Uber everywhere you need. When returning after dark, a security checkpoint stops cars to verify you belong. It’s somewhat far from the beach (plan to bring a day bag to visit & swim), but close to great shopping centers like Jockey plaza. «The department is ok, clean and comfortable. The owner replied every time i needed something. They have 24 hrs security in person. The only downside is that you can't bring visitors or if they need to get inside of the apartment they have to leave their ID in the reception area. Parking outside is very restricted. The location is good and very central to other places.»
