«Well, the view is just stunning. Location is nice, just a very short walk to the center with restaurants and more important the busses to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was a disappointment- I had to look away from that experience as well as the fact that after 6 a.m. there wasn’t hot water in the shower anymore, when rating. The reason for the rating is really the good wide beds, the stunning views and that the hotel is in a quality including lifts. This is basically what you need.»

«Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to ...

«Nreat hotel for a stay in Aguas Calientes. It's not mentioned in the descrition but to get to the hotel, you will need to go through steep steps. Still hotel its nice, has a nice view and the location is great.»

«The hotel feels like eb extention to Macchu Pichu. A real oasi surrounded by mountains and forrest. The rooms are beautiful and well equiped. The hotels has an ecological comsept fokus on the enviroment. The food is really good and autentic and the use local product. The have lots of staffs which allows to take god care of the costumers. The staff is very kind and helpfull. We stayed 2 nights from the 19th to 20th june. We really enjoy our stay.»

«We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station.»

«Finding the hotel was difficult but we were lucky to find the Tourism Office and after a quick call a hotel member appeared and escorted us to the hotel. It is a budget hotel although as it was only for one night it acceptable, well that was until we found out they they had allocated our double room to someone else, and she was travelling on her own!!!
