The location is exceptional - 5-20 minutes of leisurely walking to just about everything. My thoughts on the actual residence: first, as promoted, there is a lift - however, it starts on the First Floor (what Americans would call the second floor). So, getting to the lift with heavy suitcases (or if you have trouble with stairs, like my wife) means you have to negotiate 20 steps of a circular staircase before getting from the ground floor to the first floor (and the lift). I can’t comment on the owners providing any information or directions on the operation of the property because they said they were not available to meet us. They emailed me the two security codes and told us where to find the keys. The apartment is REALLY a studio - it's NOT a two bedroom. To separate the one sleeping area from the living area there's a multi-pane glass partition. It has roll-down blinds except the blinds only cover 3/4 of the glass partition. In short, they’re pretty useless. The bed is a full - not a queen. The living area has a hide-a-bed couch (badly stained) but that doesn't make it a bedroom. The toilet room has permanently open vents to the outside, which meant in winter the toilet was FREEZING! The window drapes don't cover the windows, so privacy is lacking. Overall, it's not "luxurious" (as claimed) but its is funky, comfy, great location and it worked well for the price.
