Situated on the 4th floor with stairs access, our studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a French window, offering captivating rooftop views of the neighbourhood.

The adjacent kitchenette has essential cookware and cutleries to cook simple, homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 11th arrondissement benefits, first of all, from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. If you like urban culture, don't miss the Edith Piaf Museum and the MUR. You can also take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The district is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

You can find beautiful restaurants, bars and cafés in this district.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Bréguet - Sabin, is just a 2-minute walk.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
