The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this two-bedroom apartment: spacious, secure and completely renovated! Perfectly located, it is ideal for a stay with friends, family or for business and can accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for one person, storage space, a Smart TV, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and storage space.
• 1st bedroom: this has a Queen size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.
• 2nd bedroom: also has a Queen size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and comfortable bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: the bathroom has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also includes a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and alight at Denfert-Rochereau. A quick metro transfer will bring you directly to our doorstep.
From Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval to Antony, then transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and alight at Denfert-Rochereau to continue your journey.
Public transport amenities:
Metro: The Place d'Italie station (lines 5, 6, and 7) is just steps away, providing easy access to all corners of Paris.
Bus network: Explore Paris at your own pace with numerous bus lines serving the area. Buses 27, 47, and 83 offer convenient connections to the city's iconic sights.

Included Services
We provide bed linens and towels for your comfort, as well as professional cleaning services at your arrival and departure.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services
If you need a crib or high chair, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we do not provide baby linens.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Early Check-in: If you wish to arrive before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and additional fees equivalent to 50% of a night’s rate may apply.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM. Requests for early arrivals or late departures will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable fees clearly communicated.
Late Check-out: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, it will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur fees of 50% of a night’s rate.
Security Deposit
A €250 deposit is required for access to the property, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damage is reported.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines
Do not leave keys in the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the peace of neighbors, as excessive noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Renovations may be ongoing in the building and could cause daytime noise.
Internet Use
Avoid unauthorized internet use for illegal activities or restricted sites. We are not responsible for telecom outages and no compensation will be provided for such issues.
Professional Use and Photography
Photo shoots, filming, or commercial use of the apartment require prior approval. Contact us for rates and necessary permissions.
Minimum Age Requirement
Reservations must be made by individuals 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting this age requirement.
