Living room: Sofa bed (170 x 93 cm with mattress topper), dining table with two chairs, portable air conditioner (can be moved to the bedroom during hot weather), and a large fan. A second sleeping option is available; the vacuum-packed comforter is stored in the entryway closet.



Bedroom: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a hybrid mattress (memory foam/latex), drawer storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming services, desk with chair, and a fan on the cabinet. Bed linen provided.



Kitchen: Quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, and dish towels.



Bathroom: Spacious shower, electric water heater, towel warmer, new washing machine with quick cycle, and hair dryer. 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person included.



WC: Separate with window.



Check-in: Self check-in via key box, instructions sent before arrival. Flexible hours depending on availability. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am for everyone's comfort.
