No trip to Paris is complete without a visit to the Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement, on the Left Bank.



You will find everything you need for a comfortable and lovely stay in Paris, for up to 15 people. The apartment is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, toaster and TV.

As you stroll through the district you will also come across the Sorbonne, the best known university in Paris; the Collège de France, the Lycée Henri IV, the shopping streets Rue Mouffetard and Rue Monge and the charming Place de la Contrescarpe.



The district also has popular show venues like the Paradis Latin, the Théâtre de l’Odéon and the Caveau de la Huchette.

The location was excellent, an easy walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and metro. The accomodations were very spacious for city living and there was an extra half bath we didn't anticipate. We appreciated the big table and 2 couches for our party of 8. The beds and pillows were harder (gel) than we were used too, but we adjusted to them. Overall, we would definitely rent here again, but there were a few items that need attention. Adding hooks in the bathroom, fixing the freezer so the freezer door can open, adding electrical sockets in bathrooms, fixing the two outlets that didn't work in master, the porch needs a refresh, adding toilet roll holders in bathrooms. We loved the big windows facing the street and they were easy to open. We were nervous about being above a pizza restaurant, but we ate there a couple times and noise/smell didn't bother us. There was a putrid smell in the hall half bath, which they tried to come over and fix, but didn't ever go away completely. They also tried to fix the master bedroom outlets, but were unsuccessful. They responded quickly when we locked outselves out (one key to keep in lock box).

Good location with musky barhroom

PROS: great location to walk to the river, notre dame, train, bus, restaurants, and shopping. Beds were as described and the space could fit alot of people if needed. Beds and pillows were firm. Lots of towels provided. Checkin was easy and the location was easy to find. CONS: the bathrooms had a bad musky smell. We asked for a second set of keys but they never arrived so this made it difficult to come and go as needed with multiple people. Rememebr to bring your own coffee since none is provided (they have a kettle, small drip coffee machine, or small nespresso). Freezer does not open.

Americans Abroad

My wife and 3 kids met up with another family here for a weekend in Paris. There were 4 adults and 7 kids with a couple of teenagers. 1 - the location is incomparable. It is right in the heart of St. Germain/St. Michele - a very lively neighborhood within walking distance to many Parisian must-sees. 2 - the flat is very nice. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and it is spacious for an apartment in Paris, but it was basically just a crash pad for us. We didn’t hang out here, but just to sleep really. I mean - we were in Paris! The wifi was great for the kids, though. It was PERFECT for us! 3 - After booking, the host immediately sent me to a 3rd party web site for payment and I was suspicious at first but learned it is perfectly normal for places in other countries to do this. The host was INCREDIBLE! Communicating well even months before our arrival despite the cultural/language/time differences. We highly recommend this place - especially for multi-family travelers. You simply can’t beat the location and the host was very patient with a trepidatious and uncertain American like me.

The worst property managers In paris

Moved our booking to the other side of ParisPromised a refund, never sent money. Urban flat in Paris are unresponsive. The unit they offered was filthy, furniture falling apart, absolutely disappointing. Still chasing our refund after 3 weeks

Central Paris

This property was beautiful and perfect for visiting the city as a tourist. The French decor gets you in the vibe of the city. The location is surrounded by great food and is short walk away from many sites. The rooms were clean and the layout was perfect for socializing and group eating. The responsiveness from the manager was quick and reliable. I highly recommend this property for families interested in seeing Paris.

Do not stay at this place

The location was great. The communication with the property manager was terrible. There were issues with the place (lights were out, coffee maker didnt work, smell of sewage, cockroaches) and I reached out daily to get the issues addressed and the property manager responded occasionally but never sent anyone for fix the issues. Really frustrating

Best location in Paris

We had a group of 8 people traveling. This four bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean and in the best location! Apartment is on the first floor (not ground level, 1 above) and had 3 bathrooms with showers plus a toilet only bathroom. Large windows in the living room and two front bedrooms overlook the lively Latin Quarter street scene, but it isn't loud at night. Tons of fabulous restaurants nearby. Only a block away from the Cluny metro, 3 blocks from the St Michel metro, a 10 minute walk to the Pantheon or the Seine where you can see Notre Dame. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
