Amazing place, I loved it. My only complaint is that the room seemed unused. It had been a long time and it smelled a little like powder.

The location of this resort was excellent, walking distance to local shops, bars, restaurants and stores if you’re into mingling with the locals. The front staff was friendly and helpful, we booked an ocean view and originally they placed us on the first floor (100) and view was horrible; more pool than ocean view. The supervisor Marileyni was helpful in reassigning our room to a better view, the third floor (300)! The cleaning staff was poor, had to clean the room ourselves because hair was always in the room and it wasn’t ours 😩 The server staff was horrible, if I could give 0 stars I would. They weren’t helpful and we had to repeatedly ask multiple people for a refill of coffee! Some people were actually rude about us grabbing the coffee kettle to get our own coffee because it was in their section! Talk about lack of team work!! The saving grace went to Julissa Martinez she went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service! I wanted some French toast and after 3 people rudely ignored me and had me waiting, she the cook make some French toast, found me and brought it to me!! 😆 The other guests were shocked because they wanted some as well and wanted to know what I did to get provided such good service. I asked the right person, whom happened to see my frustration and disappointment. Give Julissa a raise and a promotion because she knows hospitality!!
