We were under the impression that this was a hotel/resort and would be cared for as such. It wasn’t. It was more of a time-share or air b and b (without the privacy of your own place). We chose here instead of an air b and b bc we wanted the convenience a hotel provides- rooms cleaned, clean towels, garbage taken out. We are not high maintenance people at all, but wanted a clean place to come back to after a day at the parks. On our second day when we called to say our room hadn’t been cleaned, could we please have that done, we were told they only clean the room if you are there for 2 WEEKS! Perhaps we overlooked it, but we definitely did not see this mentioned anywhere on the websites. We only got fresh towels if we asked, given to us in a large garbage bag. Old towels were never gathered, just neatly piled on the floor by us. If we needed garbage taken out, we needed to gather it, put it outside the room, and call for a pick up. Someone from another room puked outside our room and it took hours for it to be cleaned up after we called the front desk to make them aware. The bar area shut down before the theme parks closed and the vending machines didn’t work. While the room itself had the setup we were looking for and we were initially impressed, the walls were super thin and we could hear everything all around us. Thank goodness we aren’t big people. Beware if you are. The master bath shower is small and very slippery. We were definitely disappointed. Not what we expected.
