This villa boasts three living areas, two with TV’s, all of which can be used to relax and unwind after your hectic day at the theme parks. The Dales at West Haven Community
The Dales is a gated subdivision within the community of West Haven which is also made up of a number of other subdivisions which include the Sanctuary at West Haven, the Manors at West Haven and the Abbey at West Haven. Locatated less than 5 minutes from Champions Gates and the I4 (interstate 4 exit 58) this is a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks and attractions with Disney just 15 minutes away.
Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports West Haven is a great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday. The villas are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. If golf is your thing, the nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open. Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses. Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.
West Haven is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
*Pool/Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $29 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
