Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite includes its own bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct access to the pool. A second bedroom offers another king bed, while the Harry Potter themed room features 2 twin beds. A fourth bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedrooms include a smart TV and ceiling fan for added comfort.
Outdoor living
The property features an oversized pool in a private backyard setting, along with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. A BBQ grill sits on the patio for relaxed meals outdoors. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, and guests can also enjoy lake access nearby. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available.

The family room provides a smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen includes space to prepare meals, along with a dining table for shared gatherings. The air-conditioned game room offers arcade games, a pool table, foosball table, board games, exercise equipment, and additional entertainment options. A dedicated workspace and wifi support remote work when needed.
