The Space:

Sunlight pours through the living area, inviting you to unwind after a day of Disney thrills, and the small patio off the lounge offers a quiet spot for two to sip a drink as the evening settles.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: king‑size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: bunk bed configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed.

- Bedroom 3: king‑size bed.

The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, providing plenty of space for families or groups.



Outdoor living

The gated Regal Palm Resort & Spa community gives you access to a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. All amenities are just steps from the front door, and the resort fee of $22.40 per day for up to ten wrist bands is mandatory whether you use the facilities or not.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and teas, and a breakfast nook lets you prepare simple meals. The spacious indoor dining area is perfect for gathering around the table, while the living room’s large layout comfortably seats the entire family.



Living space

The open‑plan living area accommodates everyone, with a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxed evenings. A small patio with outdoor seating for two adds a touch of fresh air without leaving the home.

Just off I‑4 and I‑192, you’re a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures easy.

A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and the community amenity center/clubhouse provides extra space for gatherings or work.

IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
