The Space:

Step through the front door and feel the spaciousness of a family‑focused town‑home, where bright living areas invite laughter and relaxation. Sunlight pours onto a large living room that opens onto a cozy patio for two, perfect for a quiet coffee or evening chat. From here you can picture easy evenings after a day of theme‑park thrills, with the resort’s pool, lazy river and indoor playground just steps away.



Sleeping Arrangements

The master bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom for privacy. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a bunk bed configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. Bedroom 3 provides another king‑size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, completing the three full bathrooms in the home.



Living Space

A large living area comfortably accommodates the entire family, with ample seating and a small patio that seats two for outdoor moments. A free washer and dryer are conveniently located for longer stays, and the layout flows naturally into the dining and kitchen zones.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee and teas, and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a spacious indoor dining area make it easy to share meals together.



Community Amenities

Step outside the gated community to enjoy a pool with a slide, a lazy river, and an indoor playground that keep children entertained for hours. A gym, restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop provide additional options for relaxation and refreshment. Access to the community amenity center and clubhouse is included for all guests.



Location & Travel

Located in Davenport within the Regal Palms community, the home is a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions, just off I‑4 and I‑192. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Important Details

A resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wrist bands for amenity access. The fee is mandatory whether the amenities are used or not, and a maximum of ten wrist bands will be available at guest services.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
