The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the quiet Regal Palms community as you step onto a small patio, a peaceful spot to ease into your day. Inside, the townhome opens to a spacious living area where you can unwind after a day of Orlando adventures. The relaxed, inviting atmosphere feels like a home away from home, ready for families or groups to settle in comfortably.



Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom on the lower level features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a bunk configuration with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, while the third bedroom provides another king-size bed. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms, and a third full bathroom is located on the lower level.



Living spaces

A large living room invites you to gather for movies or games, and a small patio off the living area provides seating for two, perfect for morning coffee. An indoor dining table seats the whole group, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen offers a casual spot for quick bites. A free washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all essential cookware. An adjacent dining area accommodates shared meals, while the breakfast nook lets you enjoy a relaxed start to the day.



Community amenities

Within the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa you gain access to a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. All amenities are shared with other guests, and free on‑site and street parking are available.



Comfort and conveniences

Air conditioning, heating, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, a flat‑screen TV, and standard safety essentials—including smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first‑aid kit—are provided. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, hangers, an iron and a private entrance with smart‑lock self check‑in complete the experience.

IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
