The Space:

Welcome to our magical 5-bedroom villa, a beautifully remodeled safe haven ideal for families and groups. In the heart of Davenport, near Orlando, our home is your ultimate escape after adrenaline-packed days at Disney World, just 10 minutes away.



Our home stands as a testament to relaxation, comfort, and enchanting moments. As you step into each of our five bedrooms, immerse yourself in a unique world ranging from SpongeBob's vibrant oceanic realm to Harry Potter's mystical charm. Every bedroom boasts comfortable beds, private bathrooms, plentiful storage, plus dedicated workspace and home gym for those who can't leave work or workout routines behind.



The main living area constitutes a refined, relaxing space. Revive yourself after a long day on comfy sofas while catching up with your favorite shows on our large-screen TV. Central air conditioning and heating ensure your year-round comfort. Industrious group members will appreciate the dedicated workspace, while the dryer and washer make laundry days a breeze.



Our fully-stocked modern kitchen is equipped to cater to your inner chef with stainless steel appliances and all cooking basics you will need. From dishes and silverware to a coffeemaker to kick start your mornings, we have thought of everything. Guest Access:

Guests have full, unrestricted access to all areas of the villa. This includes the private pool, BBQ area, game room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, workspace, and gym. Parking is easy, with a reserved spot and additional free street parking nearby. Checking-IN and OUT is a simple process with our smart lock system. We provide the door code 48 hours before arrival.

🚕 Ride Share: Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick, affordable rides to the parks, outlets, and restaurants nearby.

🛍️ Nearby Essentials: Grocery stores, cafés, and shopping centers are within a few minutes’ drive. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35–40 minutes away ✈️.

The upcoming season, winter, is a magical time in Florida. While snowflakes twirl elsewhere, you can enjoy the invigorating sea breeze and the warm sun. The villa makes a perfect holiday experience for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, and Memorial Day celebrations with family and friends.



For restaurant connoisseurs, Davenport hosts a range of options, from the elegant Victoria & Albert's, perfect for a fine dining experience, to Citricos offering a delicious dive into seafood paradise.



It's important to note that our home is strictly non-smoking, no pet, and no parties or events are allowed. We ask all our valuable guests to respect the house rules and the surrounding homes in the resort. Peaceful enjoyment is the mantra and we guarantee an experience filled with comfort, luxury, and enchanting vacation memories.





DISCLAIMER:

Our Pool and Spa Heat Fee is $45 per day and takes 24 hours to pool to fully reach the desired temperature of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and spa 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. In the event your pool/spa heat was included in your stay you may not ask for a refund in the event of a heater malfunction as you did not pay for the pool/spa heat separately.



Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc.  You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items.  The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc.  Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.
