The hotel's location is excellent, however there were many things I didn't like.
The pillows were very small and poor quality for a king-size bed, terrible.
The breakfast had no variety during the 4 days I stayed; it didn't have something basic like bananas, which every simple hotel has.
The cleaning was another negative point….
The service inside the room consisted only of making the bed (which I had already done), taking out the trash, and putting on fresh towels.
Nobody had the bright idea of vacuuming the floor to remove the hair that had accumulated over four days.
The floor was disgusting and very dirty. There was hair stuck to shoes that were everywhere.
They could use the towel changer or the mat in front of the shower to remove excess hair from the floor….
Even the mirror, which was wet because the faucet is awful and splashed water all over the sink and mirror, wasn't cleaned. I had to get a towel and clean the mirror and sink myself; it's absurd.
The best part was waking up on December 31st and taking a shower with such a small amount of water that it was dripping from the showerhead… and the best part… it was cold water because there wasn't enough pressure to heat it.
After an hour and a half, they sent a text message saying the water would be cut off for maintenance.
First and last time I stayed at this hotel, terrible!
