Emerald Villa is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment.

On the main level, you will be welcomed by the large family-style living room with TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8. Bedroom One: This room has a King bed with a flat-screen TV. Garage features a Game Room with air hockey & a ping pong table. Access to pool area through back door. Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Private pool and spa. Privacy Screening on both sides with no rear neighbors.

The second level includes a stand alone bathroom with stand up shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Bedroom Two: King Bed with ensuite and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds and a flat-screen TV. Jurassic Park Room. Bedroom Four: Bunk Beds with Twin and Full Bed and a flat-screen TV. Micky Room. Jack and Jill bathroom (that adjoins two bedrooms). Bedroom Five: Two Twin Beds with a closet and flat screen TV. Star Wars Room. Bedroom Six : King Bed with ensuite and a closet/ flat-screen TV. Loft area: Xbox Game system, Blu Ray player and TV area.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Storey Lake Resort is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. 15 miles from Orlando International Airport, Storey Lake Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river, water slide, splash pad, and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

POOL & SPA HEAT
* The cost to add on pool and spa heat is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes) for your entire stay.*

BBQ GRILL
*The BBQ grill is available for guests to use free of charge. However, if the propane runs out, it is the guest's responsibility to replace the tank.*

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT (2) VEHICLES MAXIMUM (one vehicle if it is a larger car/truck) ARE ABLE TO PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY AT THIS HOME. Street, sidewalk, apron, or grass parking are not allowed and your vehicle may be towed if parked in these areas. Florida Spirit is not responsible for any violations of the parking ordinance. Additional parking is available within the community and is first-come, first-serve.

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES
-- All guests are to be registered with the gate to obtain access to the community. Please provide us with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.
-- Storey Lake has a 5-car limit per home. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed.
