The Space:

Mornings can start quietly in one of the spacious bedrooms, and evenings wind down beside your private pool as the night air warms the patio. With access to resort amenities just a short walk away, you can shift effortlessly between home comfort and the energy of a family-friendly destination.



Sleeping arrangements

With 8 spacious bedrooms and accommodations for up to 12 guests, the villa offers flexibility for groups traveling together. Six bathrooms support a smooth routine for families and friends, whether you are heading out early for Disney or returning from a day around the area.



Indoor living

Two large living areas provide space to relax, watch TV, or enjoy quiet downtime. Air conditioning and heating help you stay comfortable throughout your stay, while the dedicated workspace and wifi make it simple to keep up with work or planning your next outing. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and a washer and dryer are provided.



Kitchen and dining

The large full kitchen comes equipped with what you need to prepare meals, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you choices for sharing meals, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or gathering for dinner at home.



Outdoor living

Your private pool offers a place to cool off or unwind at the end of the day. The patio and available outdoor spaces make it easy to enjoy the warm Florida climate. Guests also have resort access, including a water park, lazy river, water slides, clubhouse, and recreation areas within Windsor at Westside. Neighborhood

Located in Four Corners within the Windsor at Westside community, the villa places you close to some of Orlando’s most visited destinations. Disney World is about 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is roughly 30 minutes, and Universal Studios about 35 minutes. The neighborhood includes shopping, dining, and entertainment, with major roads like state road 192, US 27, and I-4 nearby.



Practical details

Free parking on the premises and free street parking are available during your stay, along with an EV charger for electric vehicles. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in with a keypad provides added convenience, and the home is pet-friendly.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There are (2) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
