Windsor Island: An excellent community with full leisure infrastructure and 24-hour security.

We have just decorated this beautiful brand new house, take advantage and be one of the first to book.

This beautiful house, built in January 2024 and recently furnished, features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a powder room across two floors, and accommodates up to 13 guests for an amazing vacation experience. (4018 Ln Ave.)

FIRST FLOOR:

- Open Space Concept: A fully-equipped kitchen with all utensils, featuring an island with 4 stools, blends into a well-decorated living room with a sofa, decorative chairs, and a stunning 75-inch TV. The dining area includes a table with 8 chairs.
- Glass Multi-slide Doors: Open to a private veranda with seating areas, a table with 6 chairs, a barbecue, 4 chaise lounges, and a private pool which can be heated. A powder room is accessible from the pool area.
- Bedroom: Includes a King-size bed and a 55-inch TV. A shared bathroom is located in the hallway leading to the living room.

SECOND FLOOR:

- Themed Living Area: Features a stunning Play Station theme with a 65-inch TV and a sofa with chaise, perfect for watching movies and enjoying precious moments with family and friends.
- Master Bedroom: Spacious, with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and a private bathroom, plus a 65-inch TV.
- Queen Bedroom: Includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom, wardrobe, and a 55-inch TV.
- Themed Bedrooms: One bedroom with two beds (one single and one full) and a 43-inch TV, beautifully decorated with a Lion King theme.
- Another bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a double bed, decorated in a NBA.

The resort only allows 3 cars, do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined, 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk. (4018 LN av)

OTHER NOTES:

WELCOME KIT: The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a  paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
** In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
*** We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity thats offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days request in advance (before arrival). Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85F - 90F. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 3 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. NO REFUNDS will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
- If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

If you want to request a crib, always request it 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.
