«My stay was okay. The front desk called me around 9:30pm -10:00pm. The people below us had complained we were stepping to hard on the floor and they could'nt sleep. I never had a call from hotels I stayed at and tell us that. So I felt bad and tried not to step to much on the floor, which I should'nt feel uncomfortable in my own room worrying if Im bothering the lower level. We could'nt relax in our room.»

«This hotel is currently being renovated but we were placed in a wing where renovations were complete. The bed was heavenly and the pillows were amazing. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning awesome as was housekeeping. Our room was on the first floor and had a sliding door that allowed us to walk out to the pool area. «The very nice lady that prepared the breakfast was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Maybe the best one ever at an airport Hotel. Room was clean and cozy. Front desk staff very lovely and welcoming. My only recommendation is to advise the free shuttle service (it’s called “The GOAT”) to fix their App interface because it asks you “by what time you need to arrive at the airport” and then proceeds to offer to pick you up between that time and 15 minutes after that time, which ...

«The location is one of the best attributes of this property. You only need to cross the street and walk up the adjacent parking lot to enter into the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall. The hot breakfast buffet was offered at a very reasonable 6 AM to 10 AM time frame, benefiting early risers as well as late risers. Parking was less than a 100 yards from the hotel lobby. We will most definitely book this property again if we are in the area.»
