«Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Elevator was not working in moment i arrived but was working an hour after. Things happen but front desk eased my check in. Recommend it»

«Not a good set I’ve from the personell in the resepsjon. Gave us a handicap room with a sliding door to the bathroom that couldn’t be closed. Asked them about why they had put us in that room, and they said all rooms was like that. Information about Tea and Coffey in resepsjon is not true. Only water »

«Overall, the hotel is quite nice and very clean; however, there was no water provided in the room. Unlike most Marriotts, we weren't even offered a bottle of water. I appreciate having bottled water available in the room to make coffee if desired. Additionally, the breakfast was not enjoyable. I ended up choosing potatoes and bacon. The potatoes were so cold that I couldn't eat them, so they can keep that complimentary breakfast. Overall, I'd rate it 3 out of 5!»

«Facilities were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a misunderstanding about breakfast, we were with the understanding that breakfast was included, it wasn’t that important! We will certainly stay at Courtyard Marriott again.»

«The hotel was closed for renovations and we were not notified nor did it state on the Expedia site. They stuck us in the back in a motel the room which gave you one 2x 2 sieve of soap and hair C and body gel that was so old you couldn’t get it out of the bottle. All in all there were 4 cars in the parking lot and ours was one of them. I will be calling Expedia customer service for a refund. The hotel is not scheduled to open until the end of the year »

«Clean great staff pool area was very well capped. It was across the street from the event center where we were going to an event. The only downside was the restaurant inside the hotel is a bit chaotic. They have three different menus and it seems like they have three different restaurants in one location, which is very odd to me. We skipped eating there and went elsewhere other than that our stay was great.»

«Located across the street from Ontario Mills Mall, which was the reason for booking. Many choices for shopping and eating in the vicinity. Free parking onsite. Has fenced in pool but did not use. Clean and comfortable rooms, fine for 4 people as sleeping sofa is of good quality. Free breakfast which satisfies most people with warm and cold food items. Good selection overall. Limited number of tables - can get crowded at peak times. Hard working staff to maintain order around the buffet. Evening ...

«The staff was so awesome and sweet! We were there for a funeral and they were very accommodating to our needs! What I thought was a negative were the rooms they were outdated and basic for the price ! Over the years Marriott has went downhill . I honestly wouldn’t stay at a Marriott hotel again . The only reason it’s not 1 star is because of the staff. »
