«The hotel is modern, clean, pretty quiet and well appointed. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. I did not try the restaurant or roof top bar, but noticed that they were quite busy and popular. My only suggestion would be to find a better solution to hotel parking on the evenings that the restaurant and bar are open. I had to have hotel staff help me locate parking every evening when I returned if the restaurant/bar was open.»

«Not a good set I’ve from the personell in the resepsjon. Gave us a handicap room with a sliding door to the bathroom that couldn’t be closed. Asked them about why they had put us in that room, and they said all rooms was like that. Information about Tea and Coffey in resepsjon is not true. Only water »

«The suite was very spacious. The kitchen amenities were great. The breakfast was filling (full breakfast - not continental). The staff was very and very helpful. Allowed us to check in early which was nice after a long flight.»

«Located across the street from Ontario Mills Mall, which was the reason for booking. Many choices for shopping and eating in the vicinity. Free parking onsite. Has fenced in pool but did not use. Clean and comfortable rooms, fine for 4 people as sleeping sofa is of good quality. Free breakfast which satisfies most people with warm and cold food items. Good selection overall. «The very nice lady that prepared the breakfast was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Maybe the best one ever at an airport Hotel. Room was clean and cozy. Front desk staff very lovely and welcoming. My only recommendation is to advise the free shuttle service (it’s called “The GOAT”) to fix their App interface because it asks you “by what time you need to arrive at the airport” and then proceeds to offer to pick you up between that time and 15 minutes after that time, which ...
