«Located across the street from Ontario Mills Mall, which was the reason for booking. Many choices for shopping and eating in the vicinity. Free parking onsite. Has fenced in pool but did not use. Clean and comfortable rooms, fine for 4 people as sleeping sofa is of good quality. Free breakfast which satisfies most people with warm and cold food items. Good selection overall. Limited number of tables - can get crowded at peak times. Hard working staff to maintain order around the buffet. Evening ...

«We have visited this facility numerous time over the past 20 years. It is certainly showing it's age. Also, they stopped providing ceramic plates and coffee cup. Also, the locals walking around at night don't make us feel safe.»

«This was a great place to stay with games, snacks and the XYZ lounge in the lobby. The staff was so helpful and so alarmed when we reported a few sugar ants in our bathroom sink on day 2. They immediately sent maintenance up to spray and offered to move us to another room which we declined. We were happy with our room and the ants never came back.
The only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast buffet.»
