We were neglected from the moment we checked in. I had requested a rollaway bed 24 hours in advance of my arrival and did not receive it. They said they did not have any rollaway beds left to give me. My daughters and I had to take turns sleeping on the couch.
We had to request housekeeping the following day as they never showed up. At that time I had requested three sets of towels. They only left two sets, I had to call down to the front desk each day to get a third set delivered. They did not refill our coffee pods, cups or creamer. They left our Kleenex box empty. They did not replace the robe.
We were paying an insanely inflated price for this weekend due to a cheer competition. I I feel if you cannot fulfill your guests simple request then you should not be charging these outrageous prices.
Lastly, I had also requested a late check out, in advance. When we went to the room to retrieve our luggage our keys would not work so we had to go all the way back down to get them reactivated. We then waited over 40 minutes for a bell hop, my daughters and I just decided we had enough and hauled our luggage out to the car ourselves.
I was very disappointed in the Omni this weekend. It did not hold up to their standards.
