«The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments. If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Overall was a great stay. Internet wasn’t working during the trip which is the only negative of the stay. but I was able to use my hotspot when needed. Spent most of our time out and about so it was easy to get to whatever we wanted to. Close to a train station, easy to get an Uber and pretty quiet neighbors. 9/10*»

«Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable.»

«Great apartment. Clean, great amenities, very cute set up. Bed was huge and comfortable. Washer was a nice plus. Bathroom was large and an abundance of windows to add some natural lighting. Location couldn’t be better: just off the main strip but down a side street adding to the overall quiet. Area is top notch and having 2 supermarkets just minutes away by foot was a real plus. «The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and ...

«Very clean, lots of welcoming touches. We liked the neighborhood and it was perfect for our needs. We used the extremely close public transportation for all our tourism and there were food shops as well as small restaurants very nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of supplies such as paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. I really had the idea that someone was trying to anticipate our needs. «Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant 20ft walk. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was parking - we didn't venture far, we worried we wouldn't find parking when we came back. Nice thing was two really good restaurants with in walking distance. Would stay again. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition.
