The air conditioning is a window unit in the front room, but the host provides plenty of fans. There are two bedrooms, but the first has cut-outs in the upper walls, and the second doesn't have a door right now, so privacy is limited. The living/dining area is very spacious and comfortable.»

«This place is an absolute gem! Perfect location right on the Main Street with big windows and comfy chairs to watch it all go by. Lovely historic building that has been impeccably updated and really very luxurious. I was worried that the upstairs loft would be cramped- it was cozy but had plenty of room and didn't feel crammed in at all. «The location is the best feature of this property. The upstairs neighbors were so loud it sounded like they were in our room. Parking was not possible for us so we paid 18 per day to park at the train station. The listing says there are available tandem spots but there were cars parked in a way that blocked the spots (see photo). «We had a wonderful time at the Mill Street Suite. The location was wonderful -- directly on the main strip of Utica. Because we were there on Memorial Day, we caught a quick glimpse of the Memorial Day parade. Everything was clean and as described. We would gladly return, the next time we plan to visit Starved Rock State Park.»

«Cute small place that my family and I were able to relax in. We stayed only a night due to last minute plans but everything went very smoothly. Great area to walk around in. Parking can be hard to find but fortunately we were able to find one down a block. The high ceiling in the livingroom and kitchen made it feel spacious. Wonderful!»
