«When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision.»

«This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars.»

«This hotel exceed my expectation for a one night stay. The hotel is newly remodel, the room was nice, comfortable and soft bedding. I had a double room, which was roomy and clean. There was a hot breakfast that was good. The staff and front desk manager Lisa was help, friendly, and made you feel welcomed. At night there was baked cookies, coffee, and tea at check in. It has a hot tub and pool but not accessible due to it being remodel. I will definitely have to return to check it out the finish ...
