«My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! »

They didn't answer my call and did not respond to my e-mail. We called before departure and again the call was not answered but we left a message with our contact details and then set out on the 3 hour journey. We stopped an hour away from the accommodation and tried to call again; this time the call went straight to answerphone. We then got in touch with ...

«The house has potential but needs some improvement. The cleanliness could be better. it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. A few spotlights weren’t working, and one of the bed frames was broken, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was great and worked well. Communication with the host was generally good, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. With a few fixes, this place could be much more enjoyable. »
