«I was hoping I could post a good review to counter the negative ones. However, after having a door lock that had loose screws, a shower that was luke-warm at best, no TV remote....and this was just the first room we were in. Our second room had to slam the door to close and no body wash in the shower. One positive note about the room, you could take off foot calluses with your towel. Sound deadening between the rooms was pretty good, especially for what appeared to be an older building.  ...

«This was a bad choice on my part. I should’ve known better. It had one entrance and one exit. The staff asked me to check the room before I accepted it, but because of the late time, I really didn’t have a choice. Just not a good choice. »

«Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this ...

«This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. It’s fairly basic, but pretty nice. Rooms are large and have good kitchen area. »

«The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. «We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not ...
