«Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and breakfast was OK. It was nice to have free food in the morning.»

«Everything was great. My only “issue” was the bathrooms not being restocked when housekeeping would come. The towels would get restocked, but not the toilet paper and soap. The beds were never made. »

«We stayed for three nights. Front desk personnel were helpful, the room was clean, and there were adequate pots and pans, dishes, etc. No reason to have an oven as there wasn't a baking sheet. Pool area in the late afternoon/evening is hot, with minimum shade. They could really use a few more large umbrellas. They do provide pool towels, which was nice. This hotel is in an industrial area near a regional airport. Lots of plane activity over the hotel, but we used AC the entire time so ...

«Breakfast is not included and costing $17.99 per person. That’s too much. Also, blankets and bed had some strain’s like used one. Ok to stay for just overnight. »

«Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The bed was not made for three nights, although to be fair, housekeeping seemed to come every other day. The iron damaged one of my shirts, and while it was replaced, there was no further follow-up or resolution. Also, it was disappointing to learn that without Hilton membership, no refund or compensation could be offered.»

«I don’t understand all the 10/10 review. The hotel rooms are outdated with old brown carpet I would expect from a cheaper hotel, old dinged up furniture, a bathtub that was outdated with large chips on the surface and the stained grout probably as old as this original tub. Showers could not stay hot, you basically had slightly warm water to cold, even though the sinks had hot water. The location is great and the pool and golf course out back looked pretty but I can’t get over just how outdated ...

«Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails ...

«Business traveler, the room was great and clean the staff,friendly and helpful. Parking was good. No problems at all I was able to get my business taken care of and rest at the same time. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $50 deposit I had to put down on top of what I’ve already paid but they told me it’s refundable other than that. I had a great stay. »
