«No Blankets or doona for kids bed, whci was an extremely uncomforatble dodgy setup couch & no extra towels. No plug in sink, cups and dishes needed washing before use but no plug or clean dish cloth, no clean tea towels. Beds were old and lumpy . Bathroom had mould and missing grout. and only two towels provided allthough booked for four. The next day the man at reception was great to provide extra towels but could not provide a doona or blankets, so had to buy a sleeping bag for kids each.»

«The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here.»

«Really nice little serviced apartment in a fantastic location. I came down for the Sydney Marathon and the start line was only steps from the door, which was perfect. Friendly and available managers (Jean-Claude & Peggy). Private, quiet courtyard with tables and chairs. Access to (free) laundry machines was much appreciated. I'd come back for sure and recommend highly to anyone doing the marathon!»

«Place is right across the street from train station, which is convenient. The apartment is a bit outdated and has a big musky smell but it was comfortable. The parking is a bit tight. Place offered penty of supplies for cooking or doing your washing. Overall it was nice.»

«The place and location was great. We booked for 7 people but the kitchen utensils were not enough, the pots were small, and when told the kitchen is complete, i thought there's a rice cooker as well. If they also can replace their nonstick pots that are super scratched...not really safe to use and very old utensils. It just look unclean. but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.»
