«We have stayed in a Quest Hotel before, so you take it for granted that you´ll receive what you expect. And you do. At this Quest, we had a smaller room, but still good space for our bags. The room was clean with a kitchenette. Wifi was excellent ans so was the tv. The staff was so friendly, helpful and polite (they were actually more friendly here than on the other Quest we stayed) For our last days in Sydney, this place gave us the space we needed and it was quiet. «The place and location was great. We booked for 7 people but the kitchen utensils were not enough, the pots were small, and when told the kitchen is complete, i thought there's a rice cooker as well. If they also can replace their nonstick pots that are super scratched...not really safe to use and very old utensils. It just look unclean. but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.»

«The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here.»
