The beachy living area has an ample amount of seating for the whole family and a large flat screen TV. The roomy dining table has seating for 8. The laundry room is down the hallway off the kitchen.

Please be aware, this is a historical home, therefor the garage does not allow room for an oversized vehicle. Only small, compact vehicles will fit. There is also free street parking surrounding the home.
