Feriehjem i Newport Beach

«Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced»

«It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.»

«Just as pictured. Incredible design , kitchen is stunning as are bathrooms. Location is prime! No complaints except wishing we could stay longer»

«Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars ...

«The property was clean and great value.»

«Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy.»

«We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock.»

«What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. The host was very easy to communicate with, had a small hiccup with the TV and he was over within minutes to fix it, as well as being helpful with recommendations of where to ...

«All was very clean what we like the most was it was pet friendly»

«Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small ...

«Overall, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the kitchen with its appliances worked out wonderfully for our group. It served as a decent home base for the wedding weekend we were in town attending. However, there were several practical and security issues that negatively impacted our stay. The back door leading into the sunroom is a thin door with windows that do not lock, leaving the back of the house with essentially no security. * ...

«Great place for R&R close to the Beach and Disneyland. We throughly enjoyed our stay.»

«This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip.»
