«The property itself was located in a great area, close to everything. However, the room had old dirty wood floors that needed a good cleaning. The bedroom set was old, drawers smelled of weed/cologne, and needed cleaning as well. The dining table and chairs have missing wood chips and in bad shape. «I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. «We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks.
