The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, had no ventilation and there was construction across the street, so having the window open woke us up at around 6. The beds were super soft, good for those liking that, I don’t.

Our stay had a bit of a rough start, but thanks to Bryan, it ended up being a great experience. Before our trip, I had contacted the hotel to upgrade our room to a suite. A few weeks later, when I called to confirm, I was told there was no record of my request and that all the suites had already sold out. I was honestly really disappointed because the suite was something I had been looking forward to. Bryan offered us a room with a balcony on the top floor instead. While it wasn’t the suite I had hoped for, he could tell I was still disappointed. Instead of brushing it off, he genuinely listened and wanted to make things right. He upgraded us to the balcony room free of charge, saving us a significant amount of money, and on top of that he also gave us complimentary parking. He really went above and beyond to turn a frustrating situation into a positive one. Mistakes happen, and unfortunately my original upgrade request wasn’t handled properly. But what truly stood out was the way Bryan handled everything afterwards. His customer service was outstanding—kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely determined to make sure we had a great stay. Bryan absolutely saved our trip, and because of him we left with a smile. He deserves all the recognition for the way he treated us. Bryan for President! Thank you again for everything!
